Company Secretary Trainee

*CS Trainee* seeking 21 months training required in a *reputed consulting firm* based in *Ghansoli*, Navi Mumbai *Candidates seeking transfers can also apply* JD: - *Handle annual, half-yearly & event-based compliances* for Listed, Public, Private Companies & LLPs - Assist in AGMs/Board/Committee Meetings and *visit clients (including listed)* for notices, agendas, minutes & Annual Report preparation - *Support Secretarial Audits, IPO due diligence & compliance reviews* - Manage ROC/MCA & XBRL filings including responses to RoC and RD - *Work on SEBI LODR, PIT & quarterly listed-entity compliances* - Execute corporate actions: Preferential Issue, Share Split, Sweat Equity, Buyback, Further Capital Issue, Promoter Reclassification, Dividend & Name Change - *Independently manage client meetings, communication & authority coordination* - Draft corporate documents, policies & internal compliance notes - Lead small compliance projects and support team workflows *Two Saturdays and all Sundays are weekly offs in a month* Stipend up to *Rs 15,000 per month* (depends on the candidature) Send CVs to *[email protected]* with subject line *"CS Trainee - Ghansoli"* mentioning your current salary, expected salary, notice period & reasons to quit current organization in email
