Company Secretary - Merchant Banking/IPO

About the Role & Company:
We are looking for a Qualified and Experienced Company Secretary for a leading platform specializing in IPO and capital market advisory services. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience, particularly in preparing and reviewing DRHP, RHP. Additionally, the candidate will contribute to digitizing regulatory workflows and building tools that streamline IPO execution processes.Key Responsibilities:

- Draft and review Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP), Red Herring Prospectus (RHP), and other offer-related documents.
- Ensure compliance with SEBI (ICDR) Regulations and Stock Exchange requirements. - Manage the collation of information from various departments for DRHP preparation. - Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations under the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and other applicable laws.- Collaborate with merchant bankers, legal advisors, and auditors on capital market transactions, including IPOs, rights issues, and follow-on offerings.- Work closely with the tech team to help and translate regulatory workflows into automation logic for platform building.- Provide domain expertise in designing forms, templates, checklists, and approval flows that align with real-world IPO processes.Experience:

- 3-5 years of experience as a Company Secretary with exposure to merchant banking and IPO-related activities.- Proven expertise in drafting DRHP, RHP, and associated compliance documentation.
