Position : Assistant Manager Company Secretary Experience : 6 – 9 years (Post - Qualification) Location : Sector – 56 Gurugram Key Responsibilities: Prepare agendas, minutes, and resolutions for board meetings and shareholder meetings, ensuring all statutory books and registers are maintained accurately. Ensure company compliance with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, including Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and other corporate governance standards. Well versed with MCA E-Filing process and other secretarial functions covering Corporate Laws, Company/LLP incorporation. Maintain updated knowledge of legal changes and advise management on best practices. Annual filing of listed and unlisted public companies and addressing queries of Client & Department. Manage company records, policies, and procedures. Conduct compliance audits and risk assessments. Qualifications and Skills: Education: Qualified Company Secretary from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) Experience: Minimum of 3 - 6 years of experience in corporate secretarial roles. Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage high stakes situations and provide strategic counsel. Additional Abilities: Detail-oriented, proactive, with a strong ethical grounding and the ability to work under deadlines.
