Company: KLRF Group of companies
Experience Required: 10 to 20 years (PQ min 5 years)
Qualification: CS (Member of ICSI)

Preferred Experience

• Experience in Listed / Public Limited Companies
• Exposure to SEBI Regulations, LLP Compliance, and RBI filings

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure all Statutory and Legal Compliances

2. Maintaining all statutory registers, records, filings including board meeting data

3. Draft and file all necessary legal documents including resolutions, minutes, notices etc.,

4. Schedule Board Meeting, preparing board agenda, Minutes., etc.

5. Ensure Corporate Governance

6. Shareholders relations and response to the queries

7. Handling Share Transfers, dividend payments and maintain share registers

8. Ensure Risk management efforts and ensure ethical compliance

9. Handling of all Auditors

10. Strong knowledge in Corporate Law, Legal Compliance and Corporate Governance

11. Integrity in handling Company Confidential data / information

12. Following up Court and Legal cases with advocates

13. Co-ordinate with Income tax filing with Finance Team /Auditors
