About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Manage corporate secretarial and corporate legal matters, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements 2. Implement and maintain corporate governance procedures and policies across the organization 3. Support fundraising activities including private equity deals, preferential issues, and related documentation 4. Oversee shareholder communication, conduct secretarial audits, and support due diligence processes 5. Assist in mergers and acquisitions, including structuring, documentation, and compliance 6. Draft, review, and vet various commercial contracts, property agreements, and IP-related documents such as trademarks 7. Liaise with external legal counsel on litigations and provide internal legal support 8.
