What You&aposll Do: ? Lead the end-to-end IPO process in collaboration with merchant bankers, auditors, and legal advisors ? Handle DRHP, RHP filings and all SEBI & Stock Exchange documentation ? Drive Board & Shareholder Meetings, corporate governance, and secretarial compliance ? Manage legal, regulatory, and stakeholder communication throughout the IPO journey ? Oversee statutory filings, ESOPs, shareholding structure, and investor relations???? What Were Looking For: ? Qualified Company Secretary (ICSI) with 8+ years of experience ? Hands-on experience with IPOs in private or listed entities ? Strong knowledge of SEBI LODR, Companies Act, capital markets & corporate laws ? Great with communication, stakeholder handling & compliance strategy ? Background in hospitality, F&B, or consumer sector is a plus!
