We are Hiring "Company Legal Manager" for CPF India Pvt Ltd - Chennai Level : Senior Level (GM Grade) Reports to : Vice-Chairman Job Title : Head of Legal Dept. Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Legal Manager to lead our legal team and provide strategic legal guidance to the company. The successful candidate will oversee all legal matters, ensure compliance with laws and regulations, and mitigate legal risks. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the legal team - Provide strategic legal advice to senior management and business units - Develop and implement legal policies, procedures, and standards - Oversee contract management, negotiation, and review - Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations. - Manage and mitigate legal risks - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve legal issues - Represent the Company to attend court hearings with external lawyers. - Develop and manage the legal budget - Perform administration of legal documents and contracts. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.) and/or equivalent qualification. - At least 10 years working experiences as a Lawyer for a Law firm or Corporate Legal Division. - Strong knowledge of company law, contract law, and regulatory frameworks - Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Maximum Age: 50 years old.
