Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Community Recognition (Awards) at ET BrandEquity, located in Noida. The individual will be responsible for managing and executing award programs, engaging with community members, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining strong communication channels with participants. The role also includes coordinating with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of award ceremonies and events.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
• Experience in Community Engagement and Community Management
• Proficiency in Customer Service
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in managing awards or recognition programs is a plus
