Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Mobilizer at Samarthanam Trust for the Disabled, located at Bihar and UP location.

The Mobilizer will be responsible for:

• Identifying and engaging potential beneficiaries
• Conducting outreach activities
• Organizing awareness programs
• Building relationships with community leaders
• Assisting with documentation
• Preparing regular progress reports
• Supporting beneficiaries in accessing services offered by the Trust

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in community outreach and engagement
• Ability to organize and conduct awareness programs
• Documentation and reporting skills
• Knowledge of local languages and culture
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Passion for working with visually impaired, disabled, and underprivileged communities
