Job Description

Greetings from HR Central !!!

We have an opening for Community Manager with our Edu tech client.

Key Responsibilities

Manage mentor onboarding, engagement, and progression (facilitator trainer gold
star).
Build student community engagement, ensuring students remain connected from courses to
internships.
Partner closely with SDRs (supply/demand generation) and Operations (program execution)
to ensure a smooth flow from recruitment to delivery.
Organise recognition, events, and communication campaigns.
Monitor community health metrics (activation, retention, satisfaction).

Requirements

7 - 10 years of experience in community management, volunteer coordination, or student
engagement.
Strong people skills and empathy.
Excellent communication and facilitation.
Organised and comfortable managing multiple moving parts across global time zones.
