Welcome and guide patients to OPD, lab, pharmacy, etc.
Coordinate with hospital staff to resolve on-site concerns
Handle appointment booking, medicine delivery, and test scheduling
Manage incoming calls and assist with general queries
Maintain CRM records and ensure timely follow-up
Track patient progress from admission to discharge
Coordinate with billing, pharmacy, IT, and external partners
Maintain service standards, patient privacy, and brand representation
Minimum 3 years in guest relations/front office roles (preferably in hotels or hospitals)
Strong communication in English, Kannada, and Hindi
Experience with CRM systems, call handling, and Google Sheets
Professional appearance, empathy, and attention to detail
Comfortable with rotational shifts and multitasking
