Community Manager


Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and guide patients to OPD, lab, pharmacy, etc.

  • Coordinate with hospital staff to resolve on-site concerns

  • Handle appointment booking, medicine delivery, and test scheduling

  • Manage incoming calls and assist with general queries

  • Maintain CRM records and ensure timely follow-up

  • Track patient progress from admission to discharge

  • Coordinate with billing, pharmacy, IT, and external partners

  • Maintain service standards, patient privacy, and brand representation


Skills & Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years in guest relations/front office roles (preferably in hotels or hospitals)

  • Strong communication in English, Kannada, and Hindi

  • Experience with CRM systems, call handling, and Google Sheets

  • Professional appearance, empathy, and attention to detail

  • Comfortable with rotational shifts and multitasking
