Community Engagement & Operations Internship in Ahmedabad

As a community engagement & operations intern, you will be on the front lines of the mission, turning strategies into real-world results. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include relationship building, event coordination, program management, communication & outreach, and performance tracking. You will be responsible for identifying and initiating contact with key personnel in residential societies, including society management and operators of community amenities to build relationships. Additionally, you will assist in the planning and execution of small-scale health and wellness activities, such as health talks, wellness workshops, and first-aid demos. Furthermore, you will help implement and manage on-the-ground programs that incentivize resident engagement and build a loyal user base. You will also support the creation and distribution of localized communication materials to increase the clinic's visibility and presence. Collecting feedback and data on the success of various initiatives will be crucial to measure impact and make data-driven decisions. The Society Clinic is a startup revolutionizing primary and emergency healthcare accessibility by establishing micro-clinics within residential societies. The innovative model provides primary, preventive, and emergency healthcare within just 5-10 minutes, ensuring immediate medical attention when it matters most.
