As a Community Associate, you will play a pivotal role in bringing wellness campaigns to life through various platforms such as emails, social media, and brand content. In this role, you will have the chance to: - Brainstorm and develop creative ideas for wellness-themed content, ranging from campaign concepts to engaging Instagram posts and heartfelt newsletters. - Craft compelling copy for social media, emails, and other mediums that resonates with real individuals, using a warm, supportive, and inclusive tone. - Collaborate closely with writers, designers, and psychologists to execute each campaign successfully, by brainstorming collectively, providing feedback, and evolving as a cohesive team. - Utilize tools like ChatGPT to enhance content creation efficiency, generate diverse variations, and explore innovative work methodologies. - Repurpose existing content into fresh formats, such as transforming a blog post into a carousel format or an expert quote into a concise reel script. - Gain insights on aligning content with campaign objectives and user requirements, understanding the profound impact even small content pieces can have. Ideal candidates for this role: - Possess 6 months to 1 year of experience in content creation, writing, campaign management, or creative positions (including internships, college projects, or personal blogs). - Demonstrate a penchant for ideation over just adhering to formats, and enjoy connecting the dots across various communication channels. - Display enthusiasm for mental health, wellness, or the act of aiding individuals in feeling better. - Have proficiency in using ChatGPT or a willingness to enhance their skills with the tool to expedite work processes and broaden creative horizons. - Are open to receiving feedback, eager to collaborate, and unafraid to experiment, fail, and iterate. - Aspire to enhance their storytelling, campaign ideation, and content strategy skills progressively.
