You'll be the heartbeat of Marzi's on-ground presence- connecting with housing societies, building trust, and creating unforgettable events that inspire our members.

Key Responsibilities

• Pitch & partner: Identify and engage with resident welfare associations, facility managers admins, and society leaders of the large communities to unlock event opportunities.
• Plan & execute: Coordinate and deliver community engagement activities and events exclusively for the fabulous 50+ in the shortlisted societies.
• Be everywhere: Travel across Bangalore to make Marzi a household name.
• Collaborate: Work closely with the go-to-market team to amplify brand visibility.
• Pipeline management: Develop and maintain a recurring pipeline of community conversations and engagement opportunities to consistently meet the monthly targets for society events.
