Role & responsibilities Manage Social Media Managing the communication strategy and supporting the teams to conceptualize and execute communication products including write-ups, videos, photography, social and digital media products, case stories. Coordination and managing with website vendor to develop and ensure timely updates. Ensure communication material such as images and videos, independently or in coordination with team members, are updated regularly. Ensure regular, planned social media campaigns based on organizations, events, updates and on international and national landmark days. Maintain a communications calendar with key events, dates, and deadlines throughout the year. Content Writing Writing and editing content for a range of online and offline collaterals. Coordinating with program staff for patient case stories. Updating content on the social media and website including doing necessary coordination internally to collect data for updation in a timely manner. Other Responsibility Supporting the Development Manager in design of communications collaterals. Preferred candidate profile A Bachelor's Degree in Mass Media or Mass Communications with 1-2 years of relevant work experience in digital communication space. High energy, with excellent writing skills and an interest in content development would work well for the role. Working knowledge of Canva and design software such as Photoshop, InDesign is preferable along with some exposure to the non-profit social sector.
