Communications Associate

We’re looking for a Communications Associate to act as the bridge between our clients and the performance marketing team! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and can translate client needs into actionable creative strategies, we want you on board.

This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in client servicing, accounts management, or communication within a performance marketing or creative agency.

Who We're Looking For:

✅ Position: Communications Associate

✅ Experience: Minimum 2 years in a performance marketing agency or creative agency environment

✅ Education: Bachelor's degree in Mass Media Communication or a related field (bonus points for Mass Media Communication graduates!)

✅ Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to understand client goals and translate them into clear creative briefs
• Basic understanding of performance marketing and ad campaigns across digital channels
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

✅ Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on skills and experience)

✅ Availability: Immediate joiners preferred
