Communication Trainer/ Voice Trainer

Role Overview: You are a Customer Specialist- SME with an Australian English Accent, responsible for training the team on communication skills and Australian voice accent, conducting call audits, and creating personalized improvement plans. You will be working in Australian business hours from Chennai or Pune office. Key Responsibilities: - Design and deliver communication improvement training programs for associates, focusing on customer service and effective English communication. - Develop training content aligned with Australian English standards. - Provide personalized feedback and guidance to associates to enhance their communication skills and performance. - Audit call recordings, identify strengths and weaknesses, and share feedback for improvement. - Create personalized plans to address specific associate needs. - Evaluate call quality based on communication skills and customer satisfaction criteria. - Verify adherence to established processes and procedures during calls. Qualification Required: - Bachelors degree in any discipline. - Minimum 3 years of experience in call audit and training for international voice support, preferably in Australian voice process. Additional Details: Holidays are followed as per the Australian calendar. This role requires experience in B2B and B2C Australian customer service domain, along with expertise in international call center operations, training and coaching, and quality assurance.,
