Communication Trainer/ Voice Trainer

Role Overview: As a Customer Specialist- SME with an Australian English Accent, your primary responsibility will be to train the team on communication skills and Australian voice accent in both B2B and B2C customer service domains. You will be auditing call recordings, conducting trainings, and creating personalized improvement plans to enhance team communication and call handling capabilities. Key Responsibilities: - Design and deliver communication improvement training programs for associates, focusing on customer service and effective English communication. - Develop training content aligned with Australian English standards. - Provide personalized feedback and guidance to associates, auditing call recordings, identifying strengths and weaknesses, and sharing feedback to determine areas for improvement. - Create personalized tailored plans to address specific associates" needs. - Evaluate different call scenarios and create customized scripts to support and build competence. - Evaluate call quality based on criteria such as communication skills and customer satisfaction. - Verify that associates follow established processes and procedures on calls. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in any discipline. - Minimum 3 years of experience in call audit and training for international voice support, preferably in Australian voice process.
