Abha Foundation is seeking a passionate individual with a background in communication skills and personality development training to join our team.

Job Duties:

• Conduct interactive classes in a blended format (online and offline), utilizing innovative technology to enhance learning.
• Deliver content in an engaging manner to maintain students’ interest and participation.
• Facilitate role-playing activities to improve practical communication skills.
• Ensure students stay on track with course material and assignments.
• Assess and evaluate the progress of 25-30 students effectively.
• Guide students in preparing for job interviews, focusing on real-world scenarios.

Skills and Experience:

• Confident and enthusiastic individual with the ability to create a comfortable and engaging learning environment.
• Minimum of two years of experience in tutoring or skill training.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in computer skills for seamless online and offline teaching and evaluation.
• Willingness to commute to Kolkata’s suburbs and rural areas.
• Prior experience working with an NGO is a plus.

Job Details:

• Type: Full-time
• Pay: Up to ₹20,000 per month
• Schedule: Day shift
• Location: Kolkata, West Bengal (ability to commute/relocate is required)

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Experience: Total work: 3 years and Communication skills: 2 years (preferred)
• Languages: Proficiency in English, Bengali, and Hindi
