As a Communication & Strategic Initiatives Executive at Sampark Foundation, you will have the opportunity to utilize your storytelling, strategy, and communication skills to positively impact the lives of over 1.8 crore children in rural India. Founded by Mr. Vineet Nayar and Anupama Nayar, Sampark Foundation is a leading non-profit organization focused on education reform and innovation. In this dynamic role within the Founders Office, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Your tasks will include shaping internal and external communication, managing social media presence, preparing speeches, conducting research, creating presentations, and leading special projects. Additionally, you will closely collaborate with senior leadership and external partners to further the organization's mission. The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 3-5 years of experience in communications, strategy, public relations, and thought leadership. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment. Prior experience in the social or development sector would be advantageous. This full-time position is based in Sector 132, Noida, with a 5-day work week and the option to work on the 2nd Saturday.
