As a Sales Executive at Spectrum Wings, you will play a crucial role in building collaborations with paediatricians, neurologists, and other healthcare professionals in Gurugram. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Visiting and collaborating with paediatricians, neurologists, and healthcare professionals to promote Spectrum Wings therapy and educational services. - Converting referrals into client enrolments/packages. - Maintaining strong professional networks with stakeholders. In this 100% incentive-based role, you will receive incentives instantly on the same day a client buys a package, eliminating the need to wait till month-end. The incentive amount will depend on the package opted by the parent/client and will be calculated as per the applicable slab. We are looking for candidates who have sales/marketing experience in healthcare, education, or wellness, as well as freshers with excellent communication and persuasion skills. It is essential that you are comfortable with field visits in Gurugram.
