Amoha Patisserie is Raipur ’s first 100% Vegan, Gluten-Free & Refined Sugar-Free Patisserie , dedicated to crafting artisanal desserts using natural, wholesome ingredients. We are looking for a Commis Chef (Commis I / Commis II / Commis III) to join our team and contribute to the creation of our wide range of handcrafted products —including cakes, brownies, cheesecakes, cookies, tarts, truffles, tea cakes, and more. Key Responsibilities: Assist in preparing and crafting a variety of vegan desserts —cakes, brownies, cheesecakes, cookies, tarts, and other baked goods. Learn and follow 100% plant-based recipes , working with alternative ingredients like almond flour, nut butters, khandsari sugar, and cold-pressed oils . Support chefs in mixing, baking, assembling, and decorating different dessert items. Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and texture across all products. Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment , following food safety standards. Assist in inventory management, ingredient stocking, and preparation tasks . Adapt to new seasonal menu items, special orders, and customized desserts .
