Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Assist senior chefs in food production, ensuring high-quality dishes are prepared according to recipes and presentation standards. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations. Support commis chefs with food preparation tasks, including chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and cooking grains. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting any discrepancies to senior staff members. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during peak hours. Desired Candidate Profile Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques, including grilling, roasting, sauting, etc. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. 1-5 years of experience in Indian cuisine or similar restaurant setting. Immediate joiner preferred.
