Pastry and Bread Production: Support the production of a variety of French pastries, breads, and desserts. Follow detailed recipes and instructions. Operate and maintain bakery equipment safely and efficiently. Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet the high standards of L'Opera French Bakery. Assist in the decoration and presentation of finished products. Hygiene and Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and bakery areas. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices. Qualifications: Prior experience in bakery and pastry department is required.
