Commis III (Indian Cuisine)

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Commis III (Indian Cuisine) to join our culinary team. As a junior chef in the Indian kitchen, you will assist in the preparation and presentation of authentic Indian dishes while ensuring high standards of hygiene, consistency, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing a variety of Indian dishes under the supervision of senior chefs
• Measure and prepare ingredients accurately according to recipes
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area
• Follow food safety guidelines and kitchen protocols
• Maintain stock levels and report shortages promptly

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in a professional Indian kitchen (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of Indian spices, gravies, and traditional cooking techniques
• Understanding of hygiene and food safety practices
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a team
• Positive attitude, punctuality, and commitment to quality
