Role Description: We’re looking for a Commis III (Bakery) to join our startup team in Mumbai. This is a full-time, on-site role where you'll assist in daily cookie prep and baking under the guidance of our head chef. Your daily life will include: Baking cookies fresh every day 🍪 Assisting in food assembly & prep Maintaining kitchen hygiene and food safety standards Supporting the team in a fast-paced, creative environment Keeping equipment clean Brainstorming new flavours and getting experimental What We're Looking For: A love for baking, flavours, and all things cookies Basic culinary skills (training or certifications are a bonus) Understanding of hygiene standards and kitchen SOPs Strong communication and collaboration skills Energy, curiosity, and a startup mindset Who Should Apply?
