Job Description

Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food Wash, peel, weigh, measure, and mix fresh fruits and vegetables and other ingredients Cook food according to recipes, quality and presentation standards, and food preparation checklists Operate kitchen equipment like ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers; test food doneness Set up and break down workstations; serve food in proper portions and receptacles Clean and disinfect kitchen areas, tools, equipment, and ensure temperature accuracy of appliances Follow safety, security, and hygiene policies and report any unsafe conditions Maintain professional appearance and protect company assets Communicate professionally and collaborate with team members Adhere to quality standards and maintain physical ability for long shifts and physical tasks
