About the Role: Commi I (Tandoor/Indian Curry Section) Experienced in handling a full section independently—tandoor marination, naan/roti prep, kebabs, or rich curries and gravies. Commi II Supports Commi I in prep work, marination, dough, and assisting in the grill/curry line. Commi III Entry-level assistant, responsible for cutting, cleaning, and learning on-the-job under guidance.
