Position – Pastry Chef ( Commis / CDP/ DCDP/ Jr Sous Chef)    Location – will be based out of our Central Bakery at Banaswadi location – ITC Green Centre Shift Timing – Rotational shift , 10 hours  1.     Candidates specialized in Bread Making : ·      Bread Shaping ·      Bread Kneading ·      Knowledge of bread structure & bread baking ·      Sourdough bread knowledge ·      Croissants making – layering & shaping ( lamination) ·      Rotary oven/ industrial oven , planetary mixers operating knowledge ·      Operating dough sheet maker   2.     Candidates specialized in Pastry Making : ·      Large scale Pastry production ·      Basics knowledge- Brownies, sponges, mousse, ganache ·      Layering large sheet cakes & finishing ·      Knowledge of chocolate garnishes   Skills which are not used in our Central Kitchen hence not desirable : ·      Cake decorators ·      Fondant work ·      Complex pastries
