Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commis Chef specializing in South Indian Cuisine, located in Trivandrum. The Commis Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking South Indian dishes, maintaining kitchen hygiene, following culinary instructions, and ensuring food safety standards. The role also involves assisting the Head Chef and other kitchen staff with various tasks and ensuring that prepared food meets quality standards.

Qualifications

• Skills in Food Preparation and Cooking
• Proficient in Hygiene and Culinary Skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Passion for South Indian Cuisine and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Culinary education or equivalent experience is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
