we are hiring for Commi 3 & 2 [Continental Section] profile (multiple openings) in Lucknow :
Job Responsibilities:
1. As a Commis, expected to comply with the conditions of the foodhygiene policies.2. Coordinate and participate with other sections of requirements, cleanliness, wastage and cost control.3. Control food stock and food cost in his section/kitchen.4. Cook food and prepare top-quality menu items in a timely manner.5. Communicate assistance needed during busy periods.6. Ensure the quality of the food items.7. Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation
Qualification: HM Graduate/Diploma are mandatory
Experience : 1 to 3 years
