Job Description: We are looking for a passionate Indian Commis Chef to join our kitchen team. The role involves assisting in preparing authentic Indian curries, gravies, tandoor items, and accompaniments under the guidance of senior chefs. You’ll ensure consistency, cleanliness, and quality in every dish while maintaining kitchen hygiene and safety standards. Responsibilities: Assist in cooking Indian curries, breads, and gravies as per recipes. Prepare ingredients and maintain proper mise en place. Keep the workstation clean and organized at all times. Support senior chefs during service and ensure timely food delivery. Follow food safety and hygiene protocols.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
