Commis Chef (Indian, Tandoor & Continental)

As a Commis Chef at the Radisson Hotel Group, you will be an integral part of our Kitchen Team, dedicated to creating exceptional culinary experiences for our guests. Your role will involve supporting the smooth operation of the kitchen department to ensure that every aspect of the guest dining experience is delivered at the highest level of quality. Working collaboratively with a team of passionate individuals, you will strive to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort by providing prompt and positive responses to inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise. Taking ownership of your assigned duties and tasks, you will ensure that all work is carried out efficiently and professionally. In this role, you will be responsible for contributing to the achievement of departmental plans and objectives, working closely with your immediate report to control costs, manage inventory, and maintain high levels of productivity and performance. Building and nurturing effective working relationships will be key, as you uphold the company's culture and values in all interactions. While prior experience in a kitchen environment is beneficial, it is not essential for this position. We are looking for individuals with a hands-on approach and a can-do work style, who are committed to delivering exceptional guest service and have a genuine passion for the hospitality industry.
