We are hiring passionate and reliable Commis Chefs (Level I, II, and III) to join our centralized cloud kitchen team in Mumbai. If you love working with food, have basic to intermediate kitchen skills, and want to grow in a modern health-focused culinary setup, we’d love to meet you! Key Responsibilities: Assist in preparing and cooking menu items like salads, soups, sandwiches, and bowls. Follow instructions from the Head Chef and maintain food quality. Keep your workstation clean and organized at all times. Handle basic chopping, mixing, grilling, and assembling tasks. Ensure hygiene and cleanliness as per kitchen standards. Help with packing and preparing food orders for delivery. Cooperate with team members to maintain smooth kitchen operations. Be open to learning and improving your skills regularly. We are looking for: 1–5 years of kitchen experience (commis levels will be assigned based on skill and experience). Basic understanding of kitchen operations and interest in health food preparation. Punctuality, team spirit, and willingness to follow kitchen SOPs. Previous cloud kitchen or QSR experience is a plus. Hygiene-focused and proactive attitude toward cleanliness.
