Commis/ Brew Master/ Bartender

We are looking for Commis/ Brew Master/ Bartender who will assist in preparing, cooking, and serving cinema food items while maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards. This role is ideal for candidates who want to build their career in the Food & Beverage industry, starting at an entry level.

Responsibilities

 Assist chefs in preparing quick-service items (popcorn, nachos, fries, burgers, sandwiches, rolls, pizzas, beverages, desserts, etc.).

 Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, workstations, and utensils.

 Ensure proper washing, chopping, and storage of raw ingredients.

 Follow hygiene, safety, and FSSAI compliance at all times.

 Support in refilling stock and arranging supplies during rush hours.

 Handle dishwashing, garbage disposal, and sanitization of kitchen areas.

 Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth order flow during intervals and weekends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
