Job Description

Mumbai

Responsibilities:

Support on the production line across prep, basic chocolate work, and finishing under constant supervision.
Assist with measuring, weighing, chopping, organising ingredients, and cleaning moulds and tools.
Participate in mould filling, bar demoulding, dragee setup, and packing activities as trained.
Maintain strict hygiene and cleanliness throughout shifts.
Grow chocolate knowledge and skills through on-the-job learning

Qualifications:

Entry-level to 1 year (chocolate exposure is a bonus)
Strong interest in working with chocolate and growing within the craft.
Comfort with kitchen environments, food safety discipline, and team workflows.
A good attitude, physical stamina, and high willingness to follow instruction.
