Job Description

We are looking a passionate and talented Commis-1 candidates who have worked with American , Continental , Italian cuisines in an innovative way.

They will have to work with Beef, Chicken, Seafood, Vegetarian dishes as well.

They should have a good understanding of Starters, Burgers, Sandwiches, Pasta, Steaks, Hand tossed Pizza.

We have an in-house bakery divison that provides all the breads required for the restaurant.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Food Preparation:Assisting the senior Chef in the preparation of ingredients for various continental dishes, including chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and preparing sauces.
  • Following Recipes:Accurately measuring ingredients and following recipes to maintain consistency in food quality and presentation.
  • Maintaining Hygiene:Ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of the workstation, equipment, and kitchen area, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Assisting Senior Chefs:Working under the supervision of senior chefs, learning new cooking techniques, and supporting kitchen operations.
  • Stock Management:Monitoring inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting shortages to the supervisor.
  • Plating and Presentation:Assisting in plating dishes according to established standards, ensuring appealing presentation.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Culinary Knowledge: Basic knowledge of continental cuisine and cooking techniques.
  • Food Safety: Understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Knife Skills: Basic knife skills for food preparation.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Good communication and teamwork skills for collaborating with colleagues.
  • Attention to Detail: Paying close attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in food preparation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
