Sivako, a luxury patisserie in Mumbai, is looking for a passionate Commis Chef to join our kitchen team. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn, grow, and work with premium ingredients in a creative, high-standard environment.
Assist in the preparation and production of pastries, desserts, and chocolates
Follow recipes, portion control, and presentation standards
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in the kitchen
Support senior chefs in daily operations

Minimim 1 year experience
Basic knowledge of pastry/bakery
