The Commis III Kitchen Staff position at PVR INOX Limited in Chandigarh & Mohali in the Food & Beverage Kitchen Operations department is a full-time opportunity. As a Commis III Kitchen Staff member, you will be responsible for assisting senior chefs in preparing and presenting food items according to standard recipes. Your tasks will include basic kitchen duties like chopping, peeling, cutting, marinating, and cooking support. It is essential to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area, follow food safety protocols, and adhere to company-standard operating procedures (SOPs). Additionally, you will be required to ensure proper storage of food ingredients, assist in inventory control, and work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service hours. Minimizing food wastage and supporting cost-effective kitchen practices are also key responsibilities of this role. To be eligible for this position, you should have a minimum qualification of 12th Pass (Senior Secondary). While a Diploma or Certification in Culinary Arts is preferred, it is not mandatory. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role; however, freshers are also encouraged to apply.
