Job Description

The responsibilities of a commis chef in a hotel include: hotelandrestaurantacademy.com+2

  • Providing the highest and most efficient level of hospitality service to the hotel guests.
  • Working in the designated station as set by Executive Chef and/or Sous Chef.
  • Organizing the assigned work area and efficiently putting away orders.
  • Preparing and selling food within recommended time frames to meet guest expectations.
  • Assisting the Chef de Partie in accurately measuring meal ingredients, preparing meal ingredients, preparing basic salads and sauces, and receiving deliveries.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
