Responsibilities

• Prepare mise en place and support day-to-day kitchen operations.
• Cook under the guidance of Chefs de Partie and Sous Chefs, ensuring recipes and technical standards are followed.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked workstation.
• Uphold hygiene, food safety, and quality standards.
• Assist across different sections of the kitchen, pasta, sauces, grills, antipasti, and dolci.
• Work collaboratively in a dynamic, high-energy team environment.

Requirements

• Passion for food and a strong desire to grow as a chef.
• Culinary school background or previous kitchen experience preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliability.
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn.
