Job Description

Commis I – Asian Cuisine

Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of Asian dishes (e.g., stir-fry, noodles, dim sum, rice bowls, sauces)
Ensure consistency and quality in all food preparation
Assist in mise-en-place, stock rotation, and kitchen cleanliness
Support CDP/Sous Chef in maintaining kitchen standards
Follow hygiene and safety procedures as per company guidelines

Commis I – Turkish Cuisine

Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹24,000

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook Turkish dishes such as kebabs, koftes, pita, mezze, and grilled items
Marinate meats and handle chargrill/rotisserie equipment
Maintain consistency in taste and presentation
Support CDP/Sous Chef with mise-en-place and kitchen operations
Ensure kitchen hygiene and food safety standards are met

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,563.52 - ₹24,869.16 per month
