Commi 3 & Commi 2 - Continental

• Performing basic kitchen tasks such as chopping, cleaning, slicing, pounding, mashing, boiling, steaming, julienning, stewing, sautéing, deep-frying, and baking.
• To prepare, cook and serve food delegated as your responsibility, ensuring that the highest possible quality is maintained and that agreed standards for food preparation and presentation are met at all times under guidance from a senior chef.
• To monitor stock movement and be responsible for ordering on your section.
• Assisting chefs with food preparation and presentation in a professional kitchen setting.
• Following and understanding recipe instructions.
• Ensuring that all cooking equipment is in working order.
• Cleaning and re-stocking the kitchen equipment in a hygienic manner.
• Helping with the setting up and breaking down of stations in the kitchen.
• Support the Demi Chef de Partie or Commi I in the daily operation and work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
