Commi 3 ( Chef)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in basic food preparation (cutting, chopping, peeling, portioning)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation
• Follow instructions from Commis 2, Commis 1, and Chef de Partie
• Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies
• Help with mise en place before service
• Label, date, and store food items properly
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety standards
• Dispose of waste according to kitchen protocols
• Support other team members during busy operations

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Culinary training or prior kitchen experience (preferred, not required)
• Basic understanding of kitchen operations
• Willingness to learn and grow in a professional kitchen
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
• Flexibility with shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Physically fit; able to stand for long hours and lift light to moderate

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
