Job Description – Continental Commis II

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Continental Commis II to join our culinary team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Continental cuisine and be able to support the CDP/Sous Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of all Continental dishes.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
• Follow recipes, portion standards, and cooking guidelines accurately.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of workstation at all times.
• Support senior chefs during service and contribute to smooth kitchen operations.
• Adhere to food safety, HACCP, and sanitation standards.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Continental cuisine.
• Strong knowledge of basic Continental cooking techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
