Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and field surveys to assess commercial property
  

• Maintain an up-to-date database of commercial leasing options, including
  

• Identify potential tenants and landlords, initiating leasing discussions and
  

• Visit properties to evaluate their suitability for leasing and assess demand.
• Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, brokers, and potential
  

• Assist clients in understanding lease agreements, rental structures, and
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing, brokerage, or property
  

• Ability to manage multiple deals and work under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and real estate databases.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to conduct field visits and travel as required.
