Job Description

Job title: Commercial Support Administration

Location :Chennai

Job purpose

The Commercial Support Administration will, in its role, be responsible to support the

After Market Team, Customer Managers and Commercial Service Team in Region

Central by handling sales orders, creating transparency and cleaning up the SAP

system. This role is key to efficient and smooth operation of the Teams. This is an

exciting role were dealing with unexpected situations and time sensitive tasks is part of

the day-to-day business.

Key accountabilities / Responsibilities: Detailed descriptions of the key areas of

responsibility and decisions made by this position.

- Identifying of SAP Part numbers for after sales requests

- Creation of SAP Offers, Processing of Orders and invoicing

- Tracking and clarifying of Open Orders

- Commercial monitoring and improvement of data quality in SAP (Identification of incorrect

bookings & Preparation of rebooking list)

- Update of monthly reporting with excel

- Manage and update monthly PowerBI Reporting

- Adhoc analysis (commercial and operative KPI) in SAP

- Create purchase orders and follow up support to ensure timely delivery

- Preparation of Intercompany invoices

- Alignment and interaction with regional team

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4-6 yrs experience (preferably from wind industry)
  • Proven experience in reporting and analytical experience
  • SAP knowledge in S4Hana and ECC
  • Strong analytical and data skills in Excel and PowerBI
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks

effectively

  • Good stakeholder management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills to

collaborate with internal stakeholders

  • Advanced Microsoft office skills

Education and qualification : The minimum education, certifications, licenses, technical skills,

knowledge, and experiences necessary for success in this position.

  • Bachelors degree in business administration or related field
  • Excellent Communication skills (verbally and written)
