You will be responsible for appraising properties by comparing them to local properties in order to determine their value. You will also provide financial information to potential buyers or sellers by sharing analytical data. Additionally, you will show properties to clients, explaining their features, and discuss costs such as maintenance and possible renovations with them. Acting as an intermediary, you will negotiate between buyers and sellers during the process of closing deals. Furthermore, you will collaborate with loan officers, attorneys, and agencies to finalize purchases. Building relationships with businesses in various industries is an essential part of this role for future purchases. You will be tasked with identifying, analyzing, and preparing redevelopment plans. Moreover, ensuring legal compliance by following up with the legal department to guarantee the purchase is legal and binding will be crucial. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in commercial real estate sales.
