Role Overview: As a Business Development Manager in the fintech industry at our company, your main responsibility will be to identify and evaluate opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and commercialize fintech solutions. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and fintech partners to drive mutual value and support the bank's innovation goals. Additionally, you will monitor and report on the performance of fintech partnerships to assess their financial impact and success. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to identify potential fintech partners aligned with the bank's strategic objectives - Develop strong business cases with sales and product colleagues to justify strategic decisions - Establish and maintain relationships with fintech companies and negotiate partnership agreements - Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure seamless integration of fintech solutions - Develop strategies to commercialize fintech solutions and track revenue generated from these solutions - Monitor and analyze the performance of fintech partnerships and provide regular updates to regional management Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in market research, product, commercial partnerships, business development, or related roles within the financial services or fintech industry - Strong understanding of fintech trends, technologies, and business models - Excellent skills in written, verbal, and presentation communication to senior management - Previous experience in analysis/strategy with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Logical and analytical approach with commercial acumen - Desire to learn quickly, be flexible, and think strategically - Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel - Ability to manage work and priorities independently with good work ethics.,
