Commercial Office Space Sales Manager

You are a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Office Space Sales Manager responsible for leading and managing the sales of a commercial office space portfolio at Phoenix Group-Hyderabad. Your role involves driving sales across commercial projects, targeting potential corporate clients, investors, and real estate consultants, and managing a robust pipeline of leads for timely follow-up and closure. You will coordinate site visits, presentations, and negotiations, collaborate with marketing teams on lead-generation campaigns, and maintain relationships with IPCs, channel partners, and brokers. Additionally, you will track market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights for pricing and product strategy to ensure the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with an MBA being preferred. You should possess at least 5 years of experience in commercial real estate sales or leasing, with a strong understanding of the commercial real estate market, particularly in Hyderabad. Your interpersonal, communication, and client servicing skills should be excellent, and you should be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Preferred skills for this role include having a network with corporate occupiers, consultants, and real estate professionals, an understanding of legal documentation and commercial leasing/sale terms, and a goal-oriented mindset with a passion for business development.,
